It is now Thursday (CD24) but by BBT has not risen - it has in fact been going down! What is happening and is there still a chance I can ovulate since my BBT hasn’t shifted? My BBT cycle last month indicated a temp shift immediately after ovulation on CD20 (didn’t use OPK last month). I’m quite worried I didn’t ovulate this month. I am using cheap OPK strips and Ovia.
